Nature Coast Conservatives is a Electioneering Communications Organization (ECO) formed under guidelines listed in Florida Statutes.

The purpose of the ECO is to support and advance the ideals of conservative values along Florida's Nature Coast.  The Committee is empowered to raise funds for the purpose of furthering these principles; to inform the public of the actions and activities of persons seeking public office of their adherence to these principles; to employ such persons as necessary to further the purposes of the Committee; to operate an electioneering communications organization in accord with the provisions of Chapter 106, Florida Statutes, as it now exists or may hereafter be amended; and to do any and all things necessary or desirable for the attainment of these purposes.
